We build the sovereign OS of care.
The only integrated solution designed to free time for what truly matters.
A system that connects:
Across all places of life. On any device.
Our story begins in places of life — where dedicated women and men devote their energy to caring for our elders. It is there, at the heart of these shared spaces, that the idea of Kando was born.
We chose the name “Kando” as a promise, a commitment that transcends cultures. In Japanese, 感動 (Kandō) expresses the deep emotion we feel when something truly touches us. In Swahili, “Kando” means “by your side,” reflecting our commitment to being present, like a discreet and attentive partner. And in its English resonance, it echoes “Can do” — the belief that solutions exist, and that together, we can make a difference.
This universality reflects the very essence of our solution. Kando naturally adapts to every environment, because caring is more than an action — it is a constant attention that goes beyond borders.
Our approach is designed to be simple and intuitive. By centralizing information in real time and anticipating needs, we create a calm environment where everyone can focus on what truly matters. Technology steps back to give precious time back to genuine moments of presence and connection.
We deeply believe in the power of touch, in the strength of an empathetic gaze, in the warmth of a smile. These moments that define the richness of care can never be replaced by technology. That is precisely why we exist: to give everyone the time to cultivate them.
In a world where technology is becoming increasingly intrusive, we have chosen a different path. An integrated solution, mastered end to end, that fits naturally into daily life — like a discreet assistant that understands needs without imposing itself.
That is the spirit of Kando. An attentive presence that supports and adapts to every context. A technology that frees time for what truly matters. An assistant that understands that caring is, above all, a human-to-human story.
